Does your character have any close ties to existing canon characters? (Canon OCs and AUs only.)

Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Tulip will be sure she's become a cosmic plaything given the events of the season 2 finale (plus everything in the show to date) and will try everything to contact Jesse and Cassidy. But once she sees she's stuck she'll make the best of things and somehow see this as a very strange vacation. Plus there's enough things going weird not much will change on that end. It may not be a car chase ending in fire but somehow Tulip will land on her feet.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Tulip has some massive demons but being dropped into town will force her out of her shell. She'll also be trying to blend in and do anything to find intel or a way to contact her boyfriend and friend. But at the same time she has a lot to learn and being tossed into something like this can only help things along. She does have a boyfriend and will join the monthly complaining about the Love Board,"I'm taken!"
She also has face confusion in trying to prove she's not Rania from AoS (same actress).
What will your character do for work?
Freelance merc (if she's wanted) and either bartender or candy shop manager (her sweet tooth is infamous)
Inventory:
Clothes and jewelry on person, pistol w/bullets (she will do the paperwork to keep it), phone, ID in jacket pocket, cigarette lighter
